Service Level Agreement


1. General

1) TestedHost may schedule a maximum of two (2) planned server downtime's for maintenance per calendar month. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance does not count towards the percentage uptime. Customers will be notified a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled maintenance takes place. TestedHost is not responsible for any downtime caused by any problems or errors with one’s hosting plan.

2. Shared Minecraft Hosting https://testedhost.com/plans

a. All customer information used for TestedHost accounts must be valid and kept up to date. Accounts without valid and correct information may result in suspension of products or services until the information in question is updated.

3. VPS Minecraft Hosting

a. TestedHost provides no guarantee of uptime/availability on VPS Minecraft Hosting servers unless the “managed” add-on has been purchased. While we cannot guarantee the uptime/availability of an unmanaged VPS Minecraft Hosting server due to variables that are out of our control, we can guarantee 99.95% uptime/availability of any VPS Minecraft Hosting server with the addition of the “managed” add-on.

4. Dedicated Minecraft Hosting

a. TestedHost provides no guarantee of uptime/availability on Dedicated Minecraft Hosting servers unless the “managed” add-on has been purchased. While we cannot guarantee the uptime/availability of an unmanaged Dedicated Minecraft Hosting server due to variables that are out of our control, we can guarantee 99.95% uptime/availability of any Dedicated Minecraft Hosting server with the addition of the “managed” add-on.

If we do not fulfill our Service Level Agreement, 10% of a product’s monthly cost will be refunded per day that our service is down or unreachable. We will refund up to 50% of the amount paid for the service for up to a months worth of service.
